04.05.10- I just won the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges!

 

04.04.10- today is the day when we celebrate life overcoming death. Of course, I'm referring to the Return of Superman, which started up around this time in 1993. Oh yeah, and that whole Easter thing.

02.04.10- saw Avatar in IMAX 3D again last night. Wow!

 

02.01.10- my clarinet and computer piece discourse was invited to be performed at the 2010 Intermedia Festival in Indianapolis on April 23rd, 2010 at the Informatics and Communications Technology Complex at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI)

 

01.31.10- Back from Cincinnati. Keynote presentation video posted on my CV.

 

01.28.10- Gotta love Apple: nothing cries "individualism" and "anti-conformity" more than your choice of 4 computers that look exactly the same as everyone else's. Yeah--much more diverse than the PC world...for sure. I'm a Mac, and I'm part of the "anti-established" establishment. Almost every aspect of their "innovation" was stolen from Linux anyway. [for the record, I love my Macs]

 

01.26.10- doing the keynote at the TI:ME Central Regional Conference in Cincinnati for the next few days

 

01.18.10- reformatting my computer. I know I'm old because I know what the A & B drives are.

 

01.16.10- was awarded a TI:ME research grant to work on automata!

 

01.13.10- made a compilation CD with some misc clear blue songs entitled "something old, something new, something clear, something blue". :)
