V.J. Manzo is a
composer of both traditional and electronic music.
He
is an Oxford University Press author and the
Director of Music Technology
at
Montclair State University
(2007)
where he teaches courses in traditional & electronic
music and composition.
He has guest lectured on electronic music and interactive music
systems for education and has presented compositions and interactive music
systems at numerous
conferences and forums including
ATMI,
CMS,
ISTE,
TI:ME,
SEAMUS,
ASTA,
TMEA,
and
NJMEA.
His upcoming book on Max/MSP/Jitter and Interactive Music Systems for
Music Education will be published by Oxford University Press.
